Dead Dice: Dungeon Roguelike ("the game") is made by Foo Game Studios.

The game collects nothing
The game collects no information about you. Nothing leaves your phone, and nothing is shared with anyone. There are no accounts, no analytics, no crash reports, no ads and no servers.
The app asks for internet access only to make the purchase. The game itself plays offline.
The game never asks for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
Your save
Your progress and a few display settings are saved on your phone, in the game's own storage. If backup is switched on in Android's settings, Android may keep a copy in your own Google account's device backup; we cannot see it.
Uninstalling the game, or clearing its storage in Android's settings, deletes everything. We hold nothing, so there is nothing for us to delete.
The one-time unlock
The game is free to start. The full game is one purchase, made once, through the store you got the game from: Google Play, the Apple App Store or Steam. That store processes the payment under its own privacy policy (linked), and the game receives only the purchase status: owned or not.
Depending on that store's policy, our team may have access through the store to some of your profile or order information. On Google Play today, that is the order record: the order number, the date, the amount and your country, not your name, your email address or your card details. We use it only for refunds and support.
This website
This website has no cookies, no analytics and no trackers, and its fonts, pictures and videos come from the site itself. The company that hosts it may keep the usual server logs, such as IP addresses, for a short time to keep the site running and safe; we don't use them for anything else.
If you write to us
If you email us, we use your address only to reply, and we delete the conversation within a year.
Children
The game is not aimed at children under 13. It collects nothing from anyone, of any age.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date.
